Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Products
Presetsface sells 100% digital products, including Lightroom presets (DNG/XMP), video LUTs (CUBE), premium fonts, and other creative downloadable files.
No physical products are shipped from our store.

2. Delivery Method
All digital products are delivered through the following methods:
Instant Download
* Immediately after successful payment, customers receive:
A download link on the order confirmation page and an email containing the Google Drive download link.

Email Delivery
* Access link is automatically sent to the customer’s registered email ID within 1–5 minutes of order completion.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
* Digital orders are fulfilled instantly.
* In rare cases, email delivery may take up to 10 minutes due to server delays.
If a customer does not receive the download link within 10 minutes, they can contact us at:

4. Download Issues
Customers may face issues due to:
* Incorrect email ID
* Slow internet connection
* Payment pending/failed
In such cases, customers can request the download link again by contacting customer support.

5. No Physical Shipping
Since all products are digital:
* No shipping fees apply
* No courier tracking numbers are generated
* No physical delivery address is used
