Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing our Lightroom presets. Since these are digital products, they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. Therefore, we have a no-refund policy in place. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• You were charged multiple times for the same product.
• You did not receive the download link after purchase (please check your spam/junk folder first).
• The file is corrupted and cannot be accessed.
• Refund requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours. once approved, the refund will be initiated immediately. after initiation, the refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method within: 2–5 business days

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• You changed your mind after purchasing.
• You assumed the presets would work in software other than Adobe Lightroom.
• You do not know how to use Lightroom presets. (We recommend looking up tutorials online.)
• You expected a different result than what is shown in the product previews.
